If you are looking for housing, please search our online database of available units within Harris County. Landlords can also post properties to this database. Anyone needing assistance searching for available properties or posting available properties may call 877-428-8844 to speak to a housing navigator. Call center representatives are available Monday-Friday from 8am-7pm CST. Spanish language assistance is also available. Those requiring TDD/TTY assistance can call 711 to reach a relay service that will help them contact a housing navigator. A list of affordable housing properties owned or managed by HCHA is below. Interested parties should call the leasing office to determine unit availability.

For more information about Public Housing Authorities (PHAs) in Texas, visit the HUD listing of PHA contact information. Residents living in areas not served by a PHA may be eligible for Section 8 assistance through the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.
