We have been made aware of fraudulent posts circulating on social media that falsely claim Harris County is issuing vouchers for immediate move-in housing assistance.

These advertisements are NOT affiliated with Harris County or our organization. We are not distributing immediate move-in vouchers through social media advertisements or requesting personal information through these posts.

If you encounter one of these advertisements:

  • Do not click on suspicious links.
  • Do not provide personal, financial, or sensitive information.
  • Report the post to the social media platform where you found it.
