TPIA Requests

HCHA believes that transparency promotes accountability. HCHA is committed to openness in government and intends to comply with the Texas Public Information Act (PIA). This Act gives citizens the right to obtain from governmental entities information that is not confidential or otherwise protected by law. If a request is made under the PIA, HCHA will take appropriate action, consistent with law and policy, to provide the requested information within a reasonable time and without delay.  You may send your PIA request to us by using the form below, by sending it by electronic (email), or by mailing it using the United States Post Office.
