HCHA is requesting proposals from qualified construction material testing firms to provide all necessary and associated materials testing for the completion of the development of Fenix Estates, a multi-family affordable housing community, located at 3815 Gulf Freeway, Houston, TX 77003. Prospective Offerors desiring any explanation or interpretation of this solicitation must make the request in writing no later than Friday, April 7, 2017.
