Harris County Housing Authority is requesting proposals from qualified professional firms to provide third party structural inspections associated with the construction of the Retreat at Westlock – an affordable housing development being developed by Harris County Housing Authority and ITEX Group, LLC. The RFP submission must reach Harris County Housing Authority no later than 12:00 p.m. CST, September 9, 2016.
