Harris County Housing Authority (HCHA) is accepting proposals for the Project Based Voucher Program. Interested proposers can download the RFP here. Prospective proposers desiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must submit the request by email to [email protected] no later than 5:00 PM (CDT), August 3, 2016.
