HOUSTON, Texas—Habitat for Humanity Northwest Harris County’s Women Build program announces a fashion show and fundraising event that will occur on Sunday, October 30, 2016 from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM at the Omni Houston Hotel Westside at 13210 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77079. The fashion show will include a silent auction and light hors d’oeuvres with fashion and beauty designs from Paul Mitchell, J.Jill, White House Black Market and more. The emcee for the evening will be Timika Simmons with the Harris County Housing Authority. The Women Build committee is working vigorously to reach the fundraising goal of $70,000 and complete the construction of a new home for a local single parent family by Thanksgiving 2016.
