To ensure the Authority is working at maximum capacity, HCHA recruits professionals who are proficient in their industry and dedicated to public service. HCHA Human Resources is responsible for selecting these skilled experts and strives to enhance the work environment for all employees.

Due to considerable response, not all applicants can be invited to interview. Every effort is made to contact applicants selected for an interview within 30 – 45 days of the job notice date. However, if we have not contacted you for an interview within this time frame, your resume will be retained on file for six months.

Full-time HCHA employees have access to an excellent benefits package including medical, vision, dental, life and disability insurance. HCHA employees also have access to Harris County’s dedicated Cigna medical and dental insurance representatives and may contact these representatives by calling 713-274-5500.
