HCHA clients are eligible to apply for a $2,500 scholarship sponsored by Housing Authority Insurance, Inc. (HAI) HAI has been providing scholarships to public and housing choice voucher residents since 2003. Clients can apply online by visiting Stars Online, selecting ‘Sign Up’ to create an account, then answering the questions and reviewing the posted information. Hurry, applications are due by April 30, 2016.
